Water dispenser filter every 90 days after the last change, first-aid kit and extinguisher tag yearly – with reading and proof.
Knowledge instead of shouting across
“Printer: paper, toner, jam” as a how-to with photos. “Reset the meeting room” as a checklist. New colleagues find their way immediately.
Without surveillance
No leaderboard, no rating. The overview shows distribution and open tasks – to keep the team fair, not to monitor anyone.
Reminder at the right time
Push in the morning, quiet hours in the evening and at weekends. Anyone who does not want to open the app uses the widget or Siri.
Report a need
“Out of paper” – one tap and the next person knows
Tasks like “printer: check paper and toner” carry report options. An NFC sticker on the printer opens the task directly; “toner empty” creates an extra task with a due time and notifies those responsible. Anyone may report.
